Vessel Procurement/Leasing

From initial planning to final fitting out, we provide full management services for new buildings and conversions. We can act as an owner’s representative during any phase of a new ship building, or for upgrades and conversions, including approval of plans, soliciting competitive bids, arranging schedules, overseeing purchasing, supervision during construction, supervision of major and sub-contractors, choosing a ship yard or other facilities appropriate to the task, and evaluation of sea trials.
